Group therapy recognizes that we are formed in relationshipsand often heal in relationships as well.

Through shared experiences and honest conversation, we’ll aim to explore deeper emotional work through connection with others.

12-Week In-Person Group

Next cohort: Fall 2026 (Oct-Jan)

Thursdays 7:30-9:00p

Are you looking to more deeply understand yourself and your sexual story? This group for women may be a good fit if you long to better understand your relationship with sexuality, your body, intimacy, desire, or the messages you've received about sex and faith.

Together, we'll explore how our sexual stories have been shaped by our experiences, relationships, bodies, and the beliefs we've internalized about ourselves, others, and faith or spirituality. We'll work toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation—and hope. As we do, you'll be invited to approach your story with curiosity and compassion, creating space for reflection, healing, and connection.

We’ll explore how our nervous systems respond to stress and safety, cultivating a deeper sense of connection with our bodies. Using parts work, we'll move closer to both protective and burdened parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion. As the group progresses, we’ll have opportunities to gently engage with wounded parts, moving toward integration and healing.

Throughout the group, you will have space to thoughtfully integrate your own beliefs into the work. This group welcomes people from all faith backgrounds, as well as those who are questioning, deconstructing, or exploring their beliefs. Together, you'll be invited to consider how your faith, values, and beliefs might support the healing, regulation, and growth you are seeking.

Exploring Your Sexual Story

Led by Megan Butler, LMHC

8-Week In-Person Group

Next Cohort: Winter 2027 (Jan-Mar)

Feeling stuck? Anxious? Burned out? Numb? Disconnected? This group is designed for men and women seeking to experience greater calm, emotional resilience, and deeper connection with themselves, others, and their faith. Each group session will provide an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and listen to your body.

Together, we’ll explore how the nervous system moves between states of safety and connection, as well as survival responses like fight, flight, and freeze. We’ll practice gently tuning in to bodily cues—-building awareness and learning how regulation actually feels from the inside.

We’ll focus on noticing when we feel grounded and connected, recognizing when we’re pulled into survival responses, and discovering pathways back to safety and connection. As these skills grow, we’ll explore which areas of our lives we might want to apply them to: perhaps relationships, sexuality, career, creativity, habits, boundaries, and more.

Throughout the group, you will have space to thoughtfully integrate your own spiritual or faith beliefs into the work. This group welcomes people from all faith backgrounds, as well as those who are questioning, deconstructing, or exploring their beliefs. Together, we'll consider how your faith, values, and/or beliefs might support the healing, regulation, and growth you are seeking.
