Welcome!

We are a New York City-based group of licensed mental health counselors offering therapy for adults, couples, and groups.

We believe that the therapy space should be filled with warmth, curiosity – and the safety required to consider taking the risks that go along with change.

Our work integrates faith and spirituality when desired, and we welcome people of all backgrounds, faiths, and beliefs (including none).

The wall behind features an eclectic arrangement of framed artwork and prints, including sketches, patterns, and illustrations. The floor has a black and white striped rug.
